What would Julius do?

Today’s post is going to be different, super short - but I know a super powerful tool in you learning to become a true leader dominating his path.

Whenever you are faced with a situation where you feel insecure, maybe you don’t know what to say or do, maybe you felt hurt – whatever it is, I want you to ask yourself...

“What would Julius do in this situation?”

Yes, that’s right, I am talking about big Julius Caesar, the great General and military leader. The guy that is an icon of leadership and ambition.

Ask yourself "What would Julius do in this situation?"

Why? Because it grounds you.

It reminds you that as a high value guy, dominating his path in life, just like Julius, you aren’t affected by the sea of mediocrity happening around you. You are your own general, leader, with a path to dominate.

By modelling JC, you can gain perspective that will help you rationalize things and forge on no matter what...

Try it.

Ask yourself these questions to ground yourself in your own greatness....

Does the king care what the slaves say about him? No
Does the king care that the slave didn’t text him back? No
Does the king say things to try an impress the slave? No
Does the king care that the slave didn’t invite him to his birthday party? No
Does the king wait in the hope that the slave will organize an event for him? No
Does the king conform to the masses? No
Does the king require the validation of others to feel worthy? No.
Does the king NEED anything or anyone? No.

But….

Does the king lead from the front, even in the face of criticism? Yes
Does the king organize the events that he wants? Yes
Does the king invite the people that he wants to come? Yes

Does the king leave people feeling better than he found them? Yes

Is the king the cause, not the effect? Yes
Does the king know that he is high value? Yes
Does the king say and do what HE wants? Yes
Does the king help his allies, expecting nothing in return? Yes.

Enough said.

Go dominate boss.
